Clearing the cache

Dreeve renders each page the first time you request it and then stores the result in its render cache. Every following visit is served straight from that cache, which is what keeps the app fast.

Whenever your data changes, the pages affected by that change are cleared automatically. In rare cases this can go wrong and a page keeps showing old numbers, or an update to a setting does not seem to take effect. Clearing the cache by hand is the fix.

Run the following command:

Terminal window
> docker compose exec app bin/console app:cache:render:clear

This is safe to run at any time. Nothing is lost.
